Tournaments

ALL SLOTS ARE FULL

Schoetz Park, Hales Corners, Wisconsin

 U-9, U-11 & U-13   

 June 22 & 23, 2013

U-10, U-12 & U-14

 June 29 & 30, 2013  

Age eligibility is May 1, 2013.

Entry Fee - $350.

Tournament is open to at least the first (8) teams paid in each age bracket (first come, first served).

Games will be played at Schoetz Park in Hales Corners or at nearby Hales Corners Park (some U-13 & U-14 games).  A Friday night game might be added to the U-13 and U-14 brackets for two teams if available.

Full concessions are available at Schoetz Park and limited concessions will be available at the Hales Corners Park if the high school is utilized.

3 game guarantee, weather permitting.

Individual trophies for 1^st and 2^nd place in each age bracket.

Once tournament play has started there will be “No Refunds”.

Should the tournament get completely rained out, we will refund all but $75 of the entry fee.

2013 FASTPITCH TOURNAMENTS:

6th  ANNUAL MEMORIAL TOURNEY- May 25th - 26th, 2013 - (Tourney is Full)

5th  ANNUAL SUMMER SLAM TOURNEY - July 26th - 28th, 2013 - (One U14 slot still open!)

The Whitnall Youth Baseball Organization invites your teams to join us for our 2012 fastpitch tournaments.  Last year both tournaments were filled in all age brackets by mid-February!  All age groups are staged at our park in Hales Corners, WI.  We provide full concessions and a family friendly atmosphere at one of the best ballparks in the area.  Other pertinent tournament information is listed below as are links to registration forms for each tournament.  We hope to see you this summer so don’t delay when mailing those registration forms!

• Age eligibility is January 1, 2013.
• Entry Fees’s- $375
• Tournaments are open to at least the first (8) teams paid in each age group (first come, first served).
• All Games will be played at Schoetz Park in Hales Corners.
• Standard ASA Rules will apply unless specified otherwise. Modifications will be sent out no later than two weeks prior to tournament.
• Bracket round after pool play.
• Team trophies for 1^st and 2^nd place. Individual trophies for 1^st place. Medals for 2^nd and 3^rd place.
•  NO DOGS ALLOWED
